We have established Legal Aid and Health Advocacy programs in collaboration with the Uganda Prisons Service. Since 2014, UGANET has worked in 13 Prison Units to reach inmates living with HIV and those infected with Tuberculosis. We advocate for their health rights and avail them free legal support. We also empower prison staffs on how to promote and protect the rights of prisoners.
